- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the worst carrier in the business. They are rude, unprofessional and slow. They just tried to take an illegal action on my auto policy and that was the last straw; I have turned them into the Washington State Insurance Commissioner. Now they're backtracking. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪These are the worst people I have ever came into contact with. Their insured ran a red light and totalled my 17 year old son's car and we have been waiting for over a month for our sons car to be replaced no rental or anything. The lady handling the claim never ever once asked how my son was never. Worst people ever. I'm hiring a lawyer as we speak to let this insurance company know they are wrong, cold hearted, rude and unprofessional and they will pay for my son's car and all the other pain, suffering and stress we have had to go through regarding this claim.
