  I recently had to take my cat to be seen regarding a sudden change in appetite. Dr. Groth had seen us before and she displayed the same kind, caring way with her exam. After seeing x-ray results, she referred us to the emergency vet in Tualitin as it appeared my cat would need surgery, or at the very least, an ultrasound. She printed out directions and I got a copy of her exam notes and x-rays. As it turned out, Boots had a huge mass in his abdomen that did not appear on x-rays, and it was inoperable. I would like to thank Dr Groth for her gentle 'bedside' manner and her help getting us to a place for immediate further attention. My only disappointment is that McMinnville is not large enough to support an emergency clinic of its own, certainly not a fault of Baker Street! I would also like to mention that I had called Friday morning and was given a Saturday appointment, but they called me back 10 minutes later to tell me there was a cancellation and they could see him that day. That is what I call excellent customer service.
